Recently, we had the pleasure of inviting our Young Energy Professionals (YEP) and alumni to an exclusive tour of the newly renovated Austrian Parliament. This special event offered all of us a unique opportunity not only to gain deep insights into the historical roots of our democracy but also to experience first-hand the cutting-edge architecture and state-of-the-art technology of the new Parliament building.<\/p>\n
The event began with a warm welcome by Mr. Mag. Alexis Wintoniak, Deputy Director of the Parliament, who was responsible for the approximately half-billion-euro renovation project. We sincerely thank him for his engaging introduction and for sharing his in-depth insights into the complex, nearly five-year-long renovation process that has transformed the Parliament into one of the most modern government buildings in the world.<\/p>\n
Following the inspiring tour, we had the chance to round off the evening with a relaxed get-together at the \u201cKelsen\u201d bistro on the rooftop of the Parliament. In a pleasant atmosphere, we exchanged ideas and reflected on the many impressions of the day.<\/p>\n
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and made this day such a memorable experience.
