{"id":11395,"date":"2026-02-23T17:27:11","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T16:27:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wec-austria.at\/?p=11395"},"modified":"2026-04-27T08:28:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T06:28:52","slug":"visiting-the-federal-chancellery-with-the-young-energy-professionals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wec-austria.at\/en\/visiting-the-federal-chancellery-with-the-young-energy-professionals\/","title":{"rendered":"Visiting the Federal Chancellery with the Young Energy Professionals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week, our YEPs had the opportunity to visit the Austrian Federal Chancellery and get a behind-the-scenes look at Austria\u2019s top-level politics.<\/p>\n<p>For the young professionals and future leaders in our YEP program, it was especially exciting to experience up close a place where key decisions for the energy sector are discussed and made.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visiting the Austrian \u201cOval Office\u201d (with a round table)<\/li>\n<li>Taking a seat at the Council of Ministers table<\/li>\n<li>A press photo in the press conference room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The dialogue between emerging talent and political decision-makers is essential for shaping Austria\u2019s energy future in a sustainable and competitive way, and we are pleased to contribute to this through the YEP program.<\/p>\n<p>After the visit, we rounded off the evening in a cozy atmosphere at the \u201cZum Leupold\u201d inn.
