{"id":8278,"date":"2022-11-22T11:42:40","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T10:42:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wec-austria.at\/?p=8278"},"modified":"2022-12-07T12:43:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T11:43:15","slug":"77th-general-assembly-of-november-10-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wec-austria.at\/en\/77th-general-assembly-of-november-10-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"77TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NOVEMBER 10, 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wec-austria.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/gv-10-11-2022.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The 77th General Assembly of November 10, 2022 approved the minutes of the 76th General Assembly of May 19, 2022 as well as the budget 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The expired mandates of the Presidium members <strong>VD DI Thomas Gangl<\/strong> and <strong>Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefan Schleicher<\/strong> were extended for another 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>The expired mandates of the Executive Board members <strong>GF DI Karl Gruber<\/strong>, <strong>Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thomas Kienberger<\/strong>, <strong>GF DI Dr. Michael Marketz<\/strong>, <strong>VV DI Christian Purrer<\/strong> and <strong>GS Dr. Barbara Schmidt<\/strong> were extended for another 3 years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mag. Stefan Uher<\/strong> resigned from the Management Board. As his successor, Ernst&amp;Young nominated <strong>Dr. Christina Khinast-Sittenthaler<\/strong> for the board of the World Energy Council Austria and the General Assembly elected her to this position.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the expired mandate of <strong>Mag.
